Should you not book directly with our property and book with a 3rd party online travel agent such as Expedia, Booking.com, Priceline, Hotels Tonight and/or any of their affiliates, you assume the risk of booking with an agent that may not provide us with the necessary information to complete and hold your reservation. In order to guarantee your reservation, our property must have your contact information and a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. This is outlined specifically with the travel agent you book with. Please read their policies and procedures on their website. Our fee structure for taking 3rd party online travel agent reservations is different than when booking directly due to the fact they are entitled to a commission for each booking. We are a boutique property that has limited hours of operation (see our website for details). If you need to be set up for a late arrival, you must contact the front desk to make arrangements prior to arrival. If we have invalid or incomplete information and we cannot get a hold of you prior to closing, we cannot guarantee the room due to liability and insurance purposes.
